Match Report The first official game of the season ended up with an unlucky defeat for the 4ths. After losing to injury Almeida, Rogers and Swanepol, Nair and Maluka were added to the players not able to commit.

And yet for the first half Panorama dominated. Playing an aggressive 3-5-2 (with Olgiati positioned in Maluka's role, and Ivings replacing Olgiati in the middle of the field) the 4ths kept the ball and the passing for most of the game. The 1-0 came from a corner taken by McGann. Olgiati was the quickest to react, he controlled the ball in a crowded area and found the corner of the net with his second touch.

It was almost a tradition waiting to happen: for the third year in the row Olgiati scored the first goal of the season (after opening the score in the win against Inglorious FC in 2011 and in the defeat against Palmeros in 2012, both time from the penalty stop).

Unfortunately with the only chance of the first half Linhill managed to draw level: McGann and Soombur lost the ball and the Linhill striker found the goal with a powerful shot from just outside the area. Bassnet and Wills missed some good chances, while Ivings was unlucky in hitting the bar from distance, but soon after once again Olgiati scored the goal of the match. After a long cross the ball was hit by Wayne and, from around 20 meters, Olgiati shot first time a powerful volley in the top right corner.

The second half started with the same tempo, with Keanu DuPlessis replacing a tired McGann, but Wills' injury forced soon another sub.
The fitness level quickly degraded and it was only a matter of time for Linhill to score another goal. A mistake from the midfield gited Linhill's striker with a chance that he converted from an impossible angle.

With Sethole on the field for Ivings, and Stoychev trying to cover every open gap in a tired midfield, Linhill found the final goal in the dying minutes of the game. THe Linhill striker won a tackle on an exahusted Olgiati and once again managed to find a corner where Perdichizze couldn't reach.

An unlucky ending for a game that started so well...
