Panorama won without playing. Unfortunately this was another reminder of how badly organised the league has been this year: letting in random teams with no history or no guarantees (financial or personal) has been a huge mistake for Rand Central. It's simply unaccetable that already three times in a season Windsor Star didn't show up. With already a limited fixture list avaialable (and the addition of a team, Dainfern Reserve, in the middle of the season, addition that forced a re-shuffle of all the fixtures) this season has been a joke.
