There is still something missing in the Panorama project. This was the 5th defeat in a season where they alternated some of their best football with some matches were the lack of a killer blow was the only difference between the teams.
Just like against the "top" teams (Killarney and Chivas), Panorama started slow (but they had the better chances) and went 1-0 down before settling and starting to intimidating a team that came ready to conquer. The pressure was high, and soon thanks to a magical combination between Olgiati and Swanepoel (with a great finish by the top scorer of the season) they were level.
Lacking Mosima in defense, Panorama moved captain Wills who slotted comfortably with usual trio, and contained the danger. But once again, after failing to convert few chances, Central JHB hit hard and scored from a cross.
Stoychev kept adding pressure with his usual amount of running, and Reis tried to link with Swanepoel on the counter attacks. In the second half Panorama had twice the chance to score, both time with Denton, who, after being freed twice with a through-pass by Swanepoel, lacked the precision and confidence to score.
Central JHB scored the 3rd on the counter attack, and not long Swanepoel hit the post with an unlucky header.
If only some chances could have gone a different way... Panorama showed that there is not much difference with the top teams, but still it wasn't enough.
Man of the match: Swanepoel, he fought hard, he scored, hit the post and finished the game injured!
