My experience at the event:
So no Lindsey this year. She had to withdrawn from the race but luckily Curtis was there to step into her shoes.The race was identical to last year, incredibly hot, dusty, but overall very pleasant. The difference was in the time it took me to finish. With Curtis riding together with me, we finished in a very good time (just above 1.40, almost 2 hours quicker than last year!). Curtis was still suffering (and still is) from an annoying hernia, but he managed to conquered all the tough hills (especially Scarecrow's peak) without having to stop.
